I had an Amazing experience at Luxury Auto Works! It started with a call to Gus, the Friendly Service Advisor. Gus did an excellent job explaining the services and he got me into a loaner car while my Audi was being serviced! A complimentary inspection of my vehicle was also completed. I highly recommend Luxury Auto Works! They did a great job replacing the front brakes on my Audi A4. I will be taking my Audi here forever! Luxury Auto works is my go-to place! Natalie is a pleasure to work with. She made an inconvenient situation very pleasant. Nobody likes dealing with their car in their shop but if you have to, this is definitely the right place to go.

Highly recommend!! I just bought a “new to me” Jaguar and almost immediately messed up the mirror… took it to luxury auto body and was greeted with a very friendly Natalie! I heard from Frank (also friendly!) the day after drop off and he had my car ready in a day. They did a wonderful job and didn’t over charge for things that weren’t necessary. I will definitely use them as my go to body shop and plan to use the service department as well. Wish I could give them more stars!!!
