After bringing my C300 (W204) in for an oil change, Thomas recommended having my oil changed every 5k miles (vs. the MB recommended 7.5k - 10k). He has always been extremely trustworthy and honest regarding precisely what needs to be serviced. Their service has always been courteous and reliable. I don't know why you would want to pay more at the MB dealership. Their staff is extremely knowledgable. After years of quality and reliable service, I continue to trust their work and reasonable pricing. Thomas is exactly what you would expect from an MB professional technician. Your vehicle (and your peace of mind) are always considered. I recommend Thomas and the Luxury Auto Works team.
