Gus did an excellent job explaining the services and he got me into a loaner car while my Audi was being serviced! A complimentary inspection of my vehicle was also completed. Luxury Auto works is my go-to place! Natalie is a pleasure to work with. She made an inconvenient situation very pleasant. Nobody likes dealing with their car in their shop but if you have to, this is definitely the right place to go.
Highly recommend!! I just bought a “new to me” Jaguar and almost immediately messed up the mirror… took it to luxury auto body and was greeted with a very friendly Natalie! I heard from Frank (also friendly!) the day after drop off and he had my car ready in a day. They did a wonderful job and didn’t over charge for things that weren’t necessary. I will definitely use them as my go to body shop and plan to use the service department as well. Wish I could give them more stars!!!

Not knowing what I was getting myself into, I chose Luxury Auto Works to repair my Audi S4 that was hit in a parking lot, and I am very glad I did. All of the staff were very attentive and kind, and Frank, the general manager, was extremely fast with his responses and direct to answer any questions I had over email. They did a great job on my car; I would recommend them for any of your auto repair needs.

I recently purchased a vehicle from Luxury Auto Works in Austin, TX and the service was absolutely impeccable. By far, the best experience I’ve ever had when purchasing a vehicle. My salesman was a guy named Chris Skinner. He was amazing. Very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Other than the overall experience being a 5-star experience, he’s a 5-star salesman. I will definitely do business with them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a European luxury vehicle.
We bought a 2016 Highlander with super low miles from this dealership, and Chris did an outstanding job in communicating the whole time with me even though he wasn't present at the time of purchase. Their use of actual videos to show the customer the problem issue(s) is an added plus and provides proof of the recommended repair. I own a Tesla Model X. All of the places I called or drove to would or could not do a wheel alignment on this vehicle. Tesla was booked for the next three weeks. I called Luxury Auto and they said it was an ordeal to do but they would and gave me a expected charge. More than any alignment I have ever had done, but at least they could do it. My car needed its 55k service, and Luxury Auto Works is 1 mile from my house. They gave me a quote online and I took the car in the next day. While performing the work they found damage to the lower rocker arms, and sent me a video showing where the damage was. Having a video makes it so much easier to understand what's going on. Sent my VW to get an oil change and my check engine cleared. My advisor Frank was super helpful and the mechanics were very informative and concise. My vehicle was taken care of in a timely manner and they even detailed the outside for free! I would definitely recommend this place to anybody who has a European vehicle and doesn’t want to deal with dealership mechanic gimmicks!
I went in to have my LR serviced. The staff greeted me promptly without a wait. Frank my service advisor was very professional and knowledgeable, he helped me with some questions we had and recommended which maintenance service was needed based on my mileage and service history that he pulled right up on his computer. He offered a loaner vehicle which was nice and sent me a video update of the service being performed as well as what to look out for in the future. I had my wheels aligned here and the service was prompt and courteous. I came back a few weeks later for some minor adjustments to that same alignment and they took care of it very quickly.

A truly professional and courteous staff. I was visiting from out if town when my traction control warning light came on in my 26 year old Jaguar. The staff encouraged me to come straight in where I was welcomed with fresh hot coffee and left 30 minutes later with the light off and the car running perfectly all at no charge. Where else do you get service like that?

I loved how they sent me a video of what was wrong with my car. I have never been to a shop that does that. Makes it easier when they explain whats wrong with the car and showing you at the same time without being there. Very nice people and professional. I would recommend this shop to everybody.

I’m very happy with the service and I plan on being a long-time customer. I liked the use of video texted to me showing the hidden oil leak evidence and the repairs needed.
They’re always so polite, prompt and efficient. Their prices are competitive and they give you decent loaners.
1st time using their service, and it was an excellent experience. The price quoted for repair was exactly what I was charged. They also sent me a video of showing additional problems they found that will need repair. I had the car checked out a week before at the dealership and the problem LAW found were marked as good with no problems on the dealerships report.
Driving out from Arizona, my Range Rover developed a fault. Found Luxury Auto on the web and took it to them. They diagnosed the problem and also a leaking water pump. I left it there for them to fix and they gave me a loaner. Everything was fixed by the next day. I was very impressed with their service.

Found a car on Truecar that was they best deal, they had it. Checked availability, they got back to me, set up an appointment on a half hour's notice and we were in a test drive within 3 minutes of arriving. Everyone there was on the ball, super friendly and very accommodating. The whole experience seemed pretty fast to me but they were apologizing for taking so long so I suppose it could have been even faster.
